Nursing Support Administration
Nurse administrators are a vital part of the executive team, overseeing nursing staff and handling personnel matters. They help develop policies and procedures, coordinate between nurses and other departments, and develop budgets. They make departmental decisions and generally set the tone for how things are run. Attending meetings and communicating with nursing staff and health services are a large part of their role.
Other duties include managing finances, creating budgets, keeping a record of the facility services and resources, meeting regulatory requirements of the health service and nursing station they serve and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a cost-effective manner

X-Ray and Patient Advocate
Patient advocates are vital links that coordinate communication between patients, family members, medical professionals, and administrative staff to ensure that patients are receiving the best possible healthcare services. On a typical day, patient advocates will be responsible for interviewing patients, identifying care problems, making referrals to appropriate healthcare services, directing patient inquiries or complaints, facilitating satisfactory resolutions, explaining policies to patients, assisting patients with the nurses, keeping track of prescriptions, and even accompanying patients to doctor appointments

Translator Support
The Patient Translators will provide interpreter services ensuring that the comfort, support, community interfaces, navigation, and non-clinical assistance are in place to minimize cross-cultural institutional and health system barriers. The main objective of this service is to help Community members that do not speak English as their first language and give the maximum delivery of care for the patient receiving care for the Community members.
